Privacy at PleinIQ
DevOps From Zero waitlist privacy notice
This notice explains how PleinIQ handles information submitted through the public DevOps From Zero roadmap and early-access waitlist. It is not a certification of compliance with every privacy law.
Last updated September 9, 2026.
Information we may collect
When you join the waitlist, PleinIQ may collect:
- your first name, email address, and selected learner stage;
- your marketing consent status and the time it was recorded;
- campaign and UTM attribution from the link that brought you to PleinIQ;
- a privacy-safe version of the referring page; and
- privacy-safe security and abuse-prevention metadata. The waitlist does not retain raw IP addresses.
Why we use this information
We use waitlist information to:
- operate the requested early-access experience;
- communicate about DevOps From Zero and related PleinIQ programs where your consent permits;
- understand campaign effectiveness;
- prevent abuse and protect the service; and
- operate and improve PleinIQ.
Information this waitlist does not require
Joining the DevOps From Zero waitlist does not require a Firebase account, a PleinIQ learner account, government identification, payment information, or sensitive employment records.
Campaign attribution
When you arrive through Instagram or another campaign link, PleinIQ may retain the source and campaign details carried by that link. This helps us understand which outreach is useful without needing to keep the full address of the referring page.
Retention
Waitlist information may be retained for up to 24 months after the most recent meaningful interaction, subject to operational and legal review. Automated deletion is not currently available; retention and deletion are handled through controlled operator procedures.
Your choices
You may request access to or an export of your waitlist information, ask us to correct it, unsubscribe from updates, or request deletion by emailing support@pleiniq.com. These requests are handled by our support team; self-service privacy controls are not currently available.
